We had a great weekend for the 2010 Irish Intervarsities. They were held in Castlegregory, Co. Kerry, on the 27th and 28th March. UL hosted the spectacularly well organized event, with t-shirts, goody bags, a tasty bbq, a UV paint 90's night out, and, of course, races... UL took the win in the end, but these events are more about the fun I think. They also organized collection buckets that were shook until they were filled up (not sure how much but I remember being impressed) The money went to the RNLI and to Cancer Care research. Anyway cheers to everyone who contributed! Of course the event could not have been run without Jamie Knox Watersports, and Ulster Bank.

I'm going to put my order in now for wind and swell next year just to make sure...parties have a lot to live up to though!
Alright guys. I'm now 20 years old and have been windsurfing for the best part of 9 years. I'm studying Business and Politics in Dublin but I base my windsurfing from Galway on the wild west coast. From there, my brother Morgan, my friends and myself shoot up and down the coast whenever the conditions beckon! Wave sailing is my passion and I'm also keen on competitions. I'll promise to update regularly so check back soon!
